Bridal Panties
As the time gets closer to your wedding, you have probably planned every little detail of your special day. Your dress and veil, bridal train, flowers, the caterer for the reception, the photographer – it takes many hands to get things organized for a wedding! However, there is one thing you may not have given much thought to, and that is your bridal panties.
If you had planned to wear your regular panties on your wedding day and later on your honeymoon, you seriously need to rethink that stance! There are so many different types of bridal panties available at your local brick and mortar shops and online as well. Bridal panties can make your special day extra special!
Bridal panties are just a small part of the wedding lingerie that you will want for your wedding night and your honeymoon. You want the lingerie that you will be wearing on your wedding night to be sultry and erotic. A satin chemise trimmed with lace would be suitable for many women, while another might want a sheer, floor length nightgown. You might decide on a lace bustier, a lace bustier, or a garter belt and push-up bra. Most brides-to-be know their man well enough to know just what type of lingerie he would most like to see her in, and they do their wedding lingerie shopping with that in mind.
Wedding lingerie should be chosen with your wedding dress in mind. It should go along with the dress as closely as possible as far as colour is concerned. The style of the wedding lingerie is up to the bride. Even though the only person who is going to have the opportunity to admire the wedding lingerie is the groom, it can make a woman feel better about herself as well as more at ease when she knows her clothing is coordinated.
There are times when choosing wedding lingerie can be a bit overwhelming because of the vast number of choices there are to choose from. A woman may want a traditional wedding gown, yet underneath there may be a wild and exotic set of lingerie! Bridal panties could be paired with wedding pasties for the breasts, or a zebra striped corset with cutouts in strategic places could be the main garment of the wedding lingerie.
Bridal panties can be fun, sexy, and let’s-get-down-to-business-brief! There are low rise thongs, trimmed in Swarovski crystals that spell out “Wifey”, “Bride”, and “Mrs.” as well as string thongs that announce “Just Married”, “Taken”, white silk bikinis trimmed in blue lace that proclaim, “Something Blue”, and personalized briefs with both your first name and your new husband’s name embroidered on them. Do you think you would enjoy wearing a white thong that has a bridal veil hanging off the back of it? How would you and your new hubby like a crotchless bridal garter thong? All of these are very much bridal panties, designed to add to your enjoyment of your wedding day and/or honeymoon.
Those who design and market bridal panties have a good eye for colour as well as a great sense of humour. They definitely are not prudes, as they well know what happens on someone’s wedding night. These people come up with ideas about what the bride-to-be is looking for when it comes to wedding lingerie. Most of the ideas go over quite well. So well, in fact, that you can still see some of the ideas from several years back on today’s wedding market.
Even though many parts of the world seems to be in an economic recession, people still crave luxury, perhaps even more so than they did in previous years. When an occasion like a wedding is anticipated, it is only natural for the bride to want everything associated with it to be luxurious. The wedding day is one that many people will remember for quite a long time, and every bride wants to look her best. That is one reason why her planning is so meticulous, right down to her bridal panties. The bride-to-be wants to insure that her panties will not show through her dress, or that her bra straps have not slipped out from underneath her wedding dress, to be seen by everyone at the wedding.
Your bridal panties have an important role in your wedding. They will see you through the day and into the night as well as you begin your honeymoon. Bridal panties are one of the first garments that your groom will see on your wedding night. Make sure you choose wisely from among the many different kinds available!
